Terms of Service

You must be at least 14 years old to use HealthDoor; children under 14 may use it only with a parent's or guardian's consent. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure; account information should be truthful and accurate.

HealthDoor provides health information and lifestyle support. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment, and is not a substitute for care from a doctor or other qualified professional. Any advice or analysis is for reference only; do not self-diagnose or medicate based on it. In an emergency or life-threatening situation, call your local emergency number (120 in mainland China) or go to the nearest medical facility immediately.

You agree not to use HealthDoor for any unlawful purpose, not to harass or harm others, not to upload unlawful or harmful content, and not to attempt to disrupt the service or gain unauthorized access to it.

Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your app-store account and renew automatically under its terms unless cancelled before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your app-store account settings.

HealthDoor and its content (other than content you submit) belong to 上海壹幽睿可科技有限公司 or its licensors. You retain rights to the content you create and grant us a limited license necessary to provide the service.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Information provided by HealthDoor does not constitute medical advice. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You may delete your account in-app at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from these terms may be resolved through negotiation or before a court of competent jurisdiction as provided by law.
